Repairing Standard letter (Scotland)

This document is required by law in order to establish a valid 'short assured tenancy' agreement. This letter reminds the tenant of their rights and the landlords' obligations in relation to the tenancy. This document will create separate letters where there are multiple tenants named in a tenancy agreement, up to a maximum of 7. This document is only for use in Scotland.
